2. Changing attitudes and visions to ensure good governance;

Governmental administration means the effective implementation of the policies and programs that the government issues and serves the people; It is also a system through which governmental organizations and practices, laws, guidelines and decisions are passed and implemented. This may or may not be good for public administration.

Although good governance does not have a uniform definition that everyone agrees on, it is the sum total of all good things and the process of eliminating all bad and unjust things. When good governance prevails in a country, the fair benefit of development and the satisfaction of citizens with the government services provided by government institutions are ensured.

In order to be able to solve the problems of good governance in institutions that provide government services at all levels of the region, all the eight principles of good governance, namely: participation, mutual understanding, responsiveness, transparency, Accountability, fairness and inclusiveness, rule of law, efficiency and effectiveness, in order to solve the problems of good governance that arise in the area of ​​institutions that provide government services. Accept the quick correction of inconsistencies that are thrown around.

Another is to properly identify the problems as internal and external good governance problems and make them part of the plan in order to be able to properly solve the problems of good governance, especially those related to the government services provided by institutions to their users.
